3. Counter-Notification Procedure

Once we receive your counter-notification, we may, in our discretion, restore the removed content, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit against you within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

By the DMCA and other applicable laws, Bargea.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
